2018/2019 Change in Bear Trap Annual Assessments
Bear Trap's fiscal year runs from Sept 1 - August 31. Assessments are $225. The assessment were raised from $200 to $225 by the vote of the membership at the annual meeting and is effective for the upcoming fiscal year (2021-22). CJ asked, “If you already paid your dues for the upcoming fiscal year, could you please send another check for $25 to bring your payment to $225 and maintain your 'Member in Good Standing' status.
There will be a $50 late fees for owners who are not current on their Association dues. (This provision can be found in the bylaws, Article VIII, Section 5 (b) (1) and (2)).

Recent Announcements and Information:
Posted 1/12/2021: The Board of Directors have decided to implement the $50 late fees for owners who are not current on their Association dues. This provision was created by the previous Board, and can be found in the bylaws, Article VIII, Section 5 (b) (1) and (2), approved at the August 2017 Annual Meeting.
